I understand this class is a 5 hour long class (plus one hour of breaks). I understand that this is an interactive, hands on course that will require me to perform CPR on a stuffed dog and to stand for intermittent periods of time.

I understand that this course is nonrefundable 5 days prior to the day of the event. I also understand that course registration is nontransferable to another student once registration has been completed. Registration is not complete until payment is made. Spots are limited and will not be held for incomplete registrations.
